Day 2 PASSAU–SCHLÖGEN OXBOW

Where the Danube, Inn, and Ilz Rivers Meet
ACTIVE Follow your Avalon Adventure Host for Hiking from Oberhaus along a trail down to the valley and along Ilz River, OR:
CLASSIC Join a Guided City Walk to learn more about this beautiful “City of Three Rivers”.
Before sailing to Linz, take a little free time to explore Passau’s cobblestone streets and galleries of Artists’ Alley. Maybe stop at St. Stephen’s Cathedral to catch a concert rehearsal.
This afternoon, cruise to Linz through the Danube’s dramatic horseshoe bend called Schlögen Oxbow.
Later, enjoy live entertainment on board.

Day 3 LINZ, AUSTRIA

Legendary and Lovely Linz
Visit the Adventure Center for today’s activities with your Adventure Host.
CLASSIC Take a Guided Walk through the city’s historic and beautiful sites along the shore of the Danube and see Hauptplatz—Austria’s largest medieval square—and the towering white-marble Trinity Column.
Consider a full-day Guided Optional Excursion to Salzburg—the city of Mozart, or to the picturesque Bohemian town of Cesky Krumlov.
You may otherwise spend the afternoon on a biking picnic along the banks of the Danube or hike through Linz’s beautiful nature trails to Pöstlingberg for a bird’s-eye view of the city and river below.

Day 4 YBBS. EXCURSION TO MELK–WACHAU VALLEY

CLASSIC Visit the Lower Austrian little town of Ybbs. Walk through the doors of Austrian history with a guided sightseeing tour of Artstetten Castle. OR: CLASSIC Take a Guided Tour of Melk’s magnificent Benedictine Abbey to marvel at its frescoed ceilings, statues, incredible library, and ornate pipe organ.
Later, stretch out on the Sky Deck as you sail through the Wachau Valley past vineyards, castles, and charming villages on your way to Dürnstein.

Is this Cruise ship a Takeover?
We have the entire ship during the week for a couple, lifestyle-swinger-oriented cruise.

What hotel is the host hotel for the cruise?
Yes, we will have a Host Hotel, the Information Coming soon!

Which airport should I arrive at?
The nearest airport to Vilshofen an der Donau is Linz (LNZ) Airport which is 85.5 km away. Other nearby airports include Salzburg (SZG) (94 km), Munich (MUC) (108.1 km), Nuremberg (NUE) (181.7 km) and Prague (PRG) (182.1 km).

Will there be Transportation to the Ship?
Transportation will be provided to the ship ONLY from the host hotel. The cost is TBD and is NOT included within the hotel rate

It is a Couple’s only cruise?
It is a Couples only cruise however we have a limited number of cabins where a single female can share the room with a couple.

What is accepted as valid proof of identity/citizenship for a United States citizen?
All guests traveling on any voyages are required to carry a passport. We recommend that the passport be valid for six months after the end of the voyage. Non-U.S. citizens who permanently reside in the United States are required to carry their Permanent Resident Card (informally known as a Green Card). The name on your cruise line or airline reservation must match the name on your passport and Permanent Resident Card.
Guests who do not possess the proper documentation may be prevented from boarding their flight or ship or from entering a country and may be subject to fines.
For additional passport requirements and information on obtaining or renewing a passport, U.S. travelers should visit the State Department’s website: www.travel.state.gov/passport. Guests from outside the United States should contact their country’s passport issuing agency.

Will Public Sex be allowed?
We will have some public play areas where sex will be allowed and encouraged. Any other public place not designated as a playroom will be inappropriate to have sex.

What is the age group that will be on board?
The average age is from mid 30’s to early 50’s.

We understand this is a couples cruise. Do we have to be married?
No. You must be 21 years of age and traveling as a couple. In addition, you must sign our Rules and Conduct policy.

Are there any other rules we should know of?
The golden rule will always be applied during the entire time of the cruise, NO means NO.

What ship are we sailing on for the full ship charter?
The ship is Avalon Expression, by Avalon Waterways

When does the ship sail?
It will depart on June 13th, 2025 from the dock. Time to start boarding will be confirmed.

Does the Cruise line know what kind of a charter this is?
Absolutely. They know about our events and worldwide reputation of organizing/hosting great events in the swinger community for the past years. They are eager to host our event!

When do we need to book?
In order to get the cabin of your preference the sooner, you book the better chances of securing your choice of cabin category.

What is included in the cost?
The price of your cruise includes:
-Ship accommodations and ocean transportation
-Meals
-beverages
-Most entertainment aboard the vessel.
-Theme nights-some shore excursions
The cruise price does not include air transportation, transfers or items of a personal nature, photographs, medical services, etc.

How much are taxes & Tips?
The port charges, taxes, gratuities, documents, administration, and security fees are US $490.00 p/p, and US $550.00 p/p for Royal Suites. Everyone is charged gratuities in advance, so they will be pre-paid the minute you arrive on board. You may add additional amounts for any of the ship’s staff that gave you exceptional service and/or made your stay on the ship a memorable one. There is an envelope that will be left in your cabin on the last night of the cruise for gratuities. Since you already pre-paid them before you sailed, you do not need to do anything with this envelope, unless you decide that you want to tip extra.
The pre-paid gratuities cover your waitstaff in the main dining area and your cabin steward. You still have to pay gratuities for alcoholic drinks, spa services, and other amenities. Note: tips are usually automatically added to your bill, so make sure you check that you are not over or under-tipping.

What if I have to cancel?
We have a standard cancellation policy.

Is airfare included?
No. You will need to make arrangements to arrive in  VILSHOFEN, GERMANY . Please contact us if you need any help. If you are arriving early and staying in a hotel, many of these hotels offer transportation to the cruise terminal. You will be responsible for your transportation from the airport to the cruise terminal.

Do I have a choice in cabins?
Yes. All cabins are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We will be happy to help you and make suggestions as to the location that is best for you.

When will we get our cruise documents?
You will receive an invoice immediately after making your booking. Final boarding documents will be provided online.

Do I need to bring money with me on the cruise?
When you board the ship, you will be presented with a “Pass Card”. You will use this card for all shipboard charges. At the end of the cruise, you can settle your account by either paying cash or using a credit card. The ship does not accept cash.

Are cabins available for the handicapped?
Yes. If you have a qualified disability, please contact us for cabin placement.

Are shore excursions available?
Yes, and some are included in the price!You can prebook them or wait until you get on the ship. We will be releasing information ahead of time about special excursions and events.

Can we bring a 3rd person?
A limited number of single ladies will be allowed to accompany a couple in their cabin. Please contact us to make an inquiry.

Will my cell phone/internet work onboard the ship?
Most of the big networks will have service on board. Check with your carrier for costs, as packages and prices can be steep on board.

Are passports required?
Yes. Make sure you apply ahead of time and allow plenty of time to receive your passport if you do not currently have one. If you already have a passport, make sure you check the expiration date so you do not run into any trouble while abroad.

Please read our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy carefully. By asking us to confirm your booking, you are agreeing to accept the terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this Cruise.  Please note these booking conditions only apply to the selected event.

Note: All Suites have a fee of $490.00 p/p, and $550.00 p/p for Royal Suites; this fee will be added to your total and to your payment plan to cover Port Charges, Taxes, Document Fees, Gratuities, Administration, and Security Fees.

Yikes, travel insurance is not a fun topic but a lot of you have asked…

This is what happens if you are paid, packed and ready to go… and there is a problem. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your upcoming trip. The 2025 LLV Danube Delight event is a 3-day, 2-night Prague land event prior to the cruise June 11-13, 2025. It includes accommodations, excursions, some meals and transfers to Vilshofen, Germany for cruise embarkation.

The theme parties on this cruise are designed to help you step into expressing your inner desires.  Let go, immerse yourself in the fantasy of it.  Guests who dress in theme report more social interaction and more fun.

You can go all out on a costume or simply echo the theme with an accessory.  Not in the mood? No problem it’s all about doing your own thing with your partner and having a wonderful time.
