Please note unforeseeable obstacles created by Covid-19 are beyond our control.
We highly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance to cover potential Trip Cancellation or Medical Expenses. Please note that the payments are non-refundable also in case of cancellation.
We recommend Travel Insured: Worldwide trip protector plus travel insurance with a cancel for any reason waiver.
This should be purchased at time of paying your deposit and is only available within 21 days of your deposit. We are recommending this plan because it can include a ‘cancel for any reason waiver’ that allows a 75% reimbursement if you cancel for ANY reason at all.

Rate:
Room Rates are posted in U.S. Dollars $. Room rates are expressed per person based upon double occupancy (one female and one male).
The Room Rate includes all meals with basic drinks such as water, coffee and tea plus 1 soft drink or beer for lunch and 3 gl. of wine or beer for dinner. You also have access to all PlayShops, evening program and Playroom.
The following items are available at an additional cost:
Alcohol and other beverages plus the bar service gratuities.
Payment Policy:
Payment information will be collected from you during your zoom call with Serendipity Couples Retreat Facilitators once it is established that this retreat is optimal for your couple. All payments are direct to the Retreat.
You can choose to make a full payment at time of booking or pay a deposit and the rest according to the payment scheme.
Depending upon the time of booking, the payment may be broken into staggered payments.
Failure to make payments or make final payment on the due date may subject your reservation to cancellation.
Payment Plan:
There is a 25% non-refundable instalment payable at time of reservation.
There is a 25% non-refundable instalment 15th of April 2023
There is a 50% non-refundable instalment 1st of June 2023
Cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations may be made at any time for any reason. Cancellations must be made in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellation Fee is 25% of price when cancelled before 15th of April 23
Cancellation Fee is 50% of price when cancelled before 1th of June 23
