The event program will be for 2 nights prior to the cruise. There is a break on the hotel rate if you want to come in 3 nights prior, and since most people like that timing, I’m offering both. It’s a great idea to come early for a little exploration on your own with the other early arrivals.

Day 0 May 16, 2022 – One-Day-Early Arrivals

  Depart Hotel at 7:30 for 8:00 pm dinner at Restaurant “Casa de Linhares” in the Foundation of the House of the Counts of Linhares district. The structure is based on stone columns and a huge fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. It offers typical Portuguese meals and dinner with live Fado shows (Portuguese traditional music) by some of the best Fado singers in the city.  Making this restaurant one of the most emblematic locations in the Alfama district. It will definitely be an evening to remember. Set menu – half bottle of wine per person – hauntingly romantic music – round trip motor coach transportation.

We will attempt to fulfill this entire schedule however due to unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to make changes and adapt to meet any local regulations on gathering or requirements related to  Covid-19.  Because of our contract, we are under full penalty to our hotel and vendors all payments are fully non-refundable.  We strongly encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance and to include in the policy a  ‘Cancel for Any Reason Waiver’ CFAR Coverage!
